2 dona banan va 200 gr. qulupnayni blenderda maydalab oling. 2 osh qoshiq shakar, 300 ml. sut va 100 gr. muzqaymoqni qulupnayli massa ustiga solib, ko‘pirguncha aralashtiring. 150 ml. muzlatgichda turgan qaymoqni 2 osh qoshiq shakar upasi va bir chimdim vanilin bilan mikserda ko‘pirtirib oling. Mevali qorishmani stakanlarga to‘latmasdan quyib, ustiga ko‘pirtirilgan qaymoqni soling va bezating.

2. Kefirli
300 gr. qulupnay, 600 ml. kefir va 3 osh qoshiq qaymoqni blenderda aralashtirib oling. Kokteylь tayyor, uni qulupnay bilan bezang.

3. Moxito
Yalpiz bargidan 12 tasini stakanga solib yog‘och qoshiq yordamida ezing so‘ng ustiga bitta limonni ikkiga bo‘lib yarmini soling. 3 dona qulupnay va bir osh qoshiq shakarni ham yalpizli stakanga soling. Ustiga gazli shirin ichimliklardan birini quyib, yaxshilab aralashtiring. Istasangiz muz soling.

4. Yogurtli
Qulupnayni shakar bilan blenderda aralashtirib olib, stakan yarmini tayyor masalliq bilan to‘ldiring. Yogurtni bir aralashtirng-da, ehtiyotkorlik bilan qulupnayli stakanga soling. Qavatlar birlashib ketmasin. Kokteylni 20-25 daqiqaga muzlatgichga qo‘ying.

5. O‘rik bilan
200 gr. o‘rik, 200 gr. qulupnay va 500 gr. o‘rik sharbatini blenderda aralashtirib oling. Stakanga quying-da, ustiga ko‘pirtirilgan qaymoq yoki muzqaymoqni soling. Mevalar bilan bezang. Mazali va darmondorilarga boy kokteylь tayyor.
